Enrollment offices closed Dec. 22 to Jan. 2

The offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, Scholarship Services, Registrar, and Admissions will be closed from Monday, Dec. 22ÌýtoÌýFriday, Jan. 2.

  • Dec. 22 & 23: staff available only by phone and email
  • Dec. 24 to Jan. 2: offices are closed and staff will not be available by phone or email

Staff will be available to help answer questions when offices reopen on Monday, Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. Mountain Time. Thank you for your patience.

Student records andÌýfinancial informationÌýare protected by federal privacy laws. We recommend that you consider getting three types of access while your studentÌýattends CU Boulder, depending on your needs.

ÌýÌý Verifying Your Identity Over the Phone

WhenÌýyou call the Bursar's Office, we will ask for the following information in order to verify your identity.

If you are a student, we will ask for:

  • Your 9-digit student ID number (availableÌýin your studentÌýprofile in Buff Portal )
  • YourÌýSecurity Passphrase

If you are a parent or family member,Ìýyou will need to be anÌýauthorized payerÌýand we will ask for:

  • Your student's 9-digit student ID number
  • TheÌýemail address associated with your authorized payer account
