Ben Sutter is a Korean American adoptee, filmmaker, and photographer based in Boulder, CO. He enjoys long walks on the beach, Hawaiian music, and everything nice. While a student/multimedia artist, Ben is volunteer at a local fire department in hopes of continuing his career in first response after graduating.Ìý

Being born in Korea and adopted, I faced many challenges growing up, with the forefront of those being internal. Within this self-documentary, I speak on a lot of the challenges I experienced as a child, teenager and as an adult. I speak on things that I've thought as an adoptee, things that I believe other adoptees may have thought to themselves. In a way, this project acts as a piece of awareness for those who may be in the same situation and are looking for something to relate their feelings towards. An idea of not being alone in a world where it revolves around your identity but yourself as a whole.
