She is passionate, driven, and dedicated to producing high quality content in fast-paced environments. Through following the stories of three female creatives in the Athletics department at the University of Colorado, this film dives into what it means to be a woman in a male-dominated industry. The viewer is clued into the impacts that these women have had on each other and the importance of female mentorship through personal accounts of each woman's time working in Athletics. Hopeful yet emotional, these women share a message to young girls--you belong.Ìý
