Hailing from Maryland, Jenna Farber is a multimedia enthusiast studying Media Production with an emphasis in Sound Practices and a minor in Creative Technology and Design at CU Boulder. For her capstone project, she aims to combine electronic music production with video art, using technology to translate intangible feelings into immersive experiences. Drawn to themes of memory, transition, and perception, she investigates how sound and image can evoke nostalgia, excitement, and the passage of time.
Before We Go
This short film, documented through a small handy-cam, captures the bittersweet nostalgia and excitement of finishing college, accompanied with a melodic electronic track. Each clip from the video is of either myself or my friends laughing, dancing, and being together - making our memories last through documentation. This video serves as a heartfelt homage to senior year and a reminder to cherish the good memories as we prepare for the future.Ìý
