The â housing and food allowance determined by the Office of Financial Aid and the Colorado Department of Higher Education is $9,603, which is based on an average of rates for a CU Boulder residence hall room and 19 meals plus an extra weekly food allowance. Your actual housing and food cost on campus may be more or less depending on your selections.
